Youth means a temperamental predominance of courage over timidity
of the appetite for adventure over the love of ease
This often exists in a man of sixty more than a body of twenty
Nobody grows old merely by a number of years
We grow old by deserting our ideals
When the aerials are down
your spirit is covered with snows of cinicism and the ice of pessimism
you're gown old even at twenty
but as long as your aerials are up
to catch the waves of optimism
there is hope you may die yound at eighty

The word loser seems to be heating up our society these days..Whether it's online or offline people are talking about it, making jokes about it..It's actually kind of sad to hear them talk about themselves as being losers..Have you ever failed to enter a top university?? Have you failed to get a job after graduation?? Have you failed becoming a successful career woman..?? Do you think you are losers out there??
If you;re thinking that way, you may be putting yourself down too easily. Do you really want to be a loser?? Do you truely believe you are a loser??

For a long time Africa was described as an unkown misterious territory with fascinating wild life and ancient culture. However these days it looks like economic interest in the emerging economies in Africa is growing at such continents
witnessng a lot of capital flowing in through investment. Interaction between Africa and developed contries has increased rapidly and the continent is trying to promote active intrenational cooperation as a union. While building partnerships among govenrments and various players of civil society could work in Africa's favor . You can help the region overcome its poverty and boost its economy. There are lots of positive effects to come from developing Africa's economy..but at the same time I hope they'll watch a preserved nature and traditional culture. It would be pretty sad if Africa's natural beauty and its diverse culture are damaged and forgotten under the name of development..

Many people feel uncomfortable admitting they're wrong..It's true it's never easy to say I'm sorry.. But that's simply our pride that stops us from saying it..We have difficulty in saying I'm sorry because we're not strong enough to say so..Some believe that saying I'm sorry is an admission of guilt or imperfection..and think that apologizing is an act of surrender..However we have to remember that only people who truely believe in themselves can say they're sorry or for those who aren't or thos who want to be that way, here are some tips on how to say your're sorry..First, practice makes perfect..The more you do it, the more comfortable you become..Second, saying I'm sorry without any buts..apologizing with excuses only makes it look insincere..Third, do not wait too long to apologize..The longer you wait, the less sincere your apology become..

The new Oxford American dictionary which annually chooses the word of the year has recently selected unfriend as the word of the year for 2009. The newly-coined word unfriend means removing someone as a friend on a social networking site such as cyworld for that matter... Unfriend was named the word of year for its wide use as well as lasting potential as a word of significance ..Come to think of it though, i think it's a bit sad because wide usage of the word unfriend clearly shows how eaily people turn their backs on their friends or acquaintancees these days.

Have you heard of the broken window theory.?? The chain ended up seeing a sharp drop in sales and even had to close down some of its branches..Many restaurants out there had gone out of business becuase customers who saw the dirty toilets thought their kitchenes must be dirty as well. Meanwhil some airlines went bankrupt once passengers started to turn their backs on them due to the unfriendness of the flight attendant..
